THE PROCESS

Working Together

  • We’ll hop on a call to get to know each other and chat through all of your website needs so that we’re completely on the same page with the vision for your brand.

  • Let’s get you scheduled in and ready to organize your content! We’ll go through a collaboration form together to gather site copy, content, images, and design inspiration.

  • Where the magic happens! On Week Three, I’ll be busy designing and installing your website after you approve the color scheme, logo, and brand board, but you can now sit back and relax!

  • I’ll need you’ll full attention on Week Three! Your website will be completely built out and I’ll send you a private link to review for feedback. We’ll go through four major rounds of revisions together to make sure you are 100% in love with the design.

  • It’s the end of Week Three and time to celebrate! I’ll walk you through the launch process and send you a folder of custom tutorials so that you get familiar with your new website. We’ll launch together with a virtual toast!

  • You’re ready to grow! Your new website will set you up for a successful business glow up! Bonus: you’ll have access to us for minor changes for up to 2 weeks after launching.

Frequently asked questions

  • Once we begin the actual design process, yes, it takes three weeks! But you will have to book your design time in advance and be sure that all of your collaboration form information is completed before then.

  • Squarespace is mobile and SEO optimized, allows for a ton of creativity and flexibility, and is easy for clients to navigate on their own, moving forward. Interested in another platform like ShowIt or Shopify? We can chat!

  • Yes! You will need a Squarespace account. Plans start at $16/month and all our clients receive 20% off of the annual plans. The annual plans include a free domain, otherwise, you will need to purchase a domain, which will likely be around $15.

    If you would like any site add-ons, there will be additional fees for those as well.

  •  SEO (search engine optimization) is the way we increase the quality of traffic to your website through organic search engine results. This is done through specific keywords, photo titles, links, site copy, etc.

  •  A wordmark logo incorporates your name or company name into a styled type font. It’s made up of the text of the name but might have lines, circles, boxes, etc. included in the design.

  • Before we get started, you’ll need to fill out a collaboration form to select your site copy and images, and to give us an idea of your design preferences. Beyond that, we will need your full attention to provide feedback on Week Three of your scheduled design period!
